This Group Vision was created based on our desire to build a society in which everyone can seize opportunities everywhere, overcoming barriers such as nationality, age, gender, and geographical constraints, as long as they have skills and knowledge that can be applied.
We are providing various learning services which is necessary for each person to succeed such as English learning. Specifically, we operate an English-related business for individuals, companies, and educational institutions, including an online English conversation lesson service and learning support services to acquire difficult legal qualifications for individuals.

At present, Japan is experiencing growing demand for human resources with English skills. This reflects social issues that overseas market strengthens its presence as domestic market has been shrinking due to ageing population and the proactive recruitment of non-Japanese human resources aimed at securing a labor force. Demand for globally competitive human resources is also high among companies which require not only English proficiency but diverse skillsets. Further, it is also believed that the need for English will continue to grow in the field of education, which is in the midst of ongoing reforms of the English education systems and measures to strengthen the four English skills.
In addition, not only for English but also various learning opportunities are more and more important with changes in industries and nature of tasks due to DX. With the word “reskilling”, the advantage of online learning offering opportunities to learn anytime and anywhere with reasonable price draw people’s attention.

RareJob, moving forward as the platform provider to develop people’s talents to succeed in a society from the pioneer in online English conversation lesson services, we provide a diverse array of valuable solutions to these social issues. In addition to providing learning services such as RareJob Eikaiwa, which allows you to learn English casually anytime, anywhere and programs to gain legal qualifications, we are promoting expansion of new businesses, including the development of human resources capable of working globally and collaborating with other companies, as well as ALT (assistant language teacher) dispatching.

As an EdTech company, we also focus our efforts on the utilization of AI and other technologies. Through data collection and analysis and research and development on machine learning, we developed and launched the AI business speaking test PROGOS®. This product successfully equips automatic scoring which was thought to be difficult to work properly for speaking tests in the past. It contributes to enhance efficiency of English learning.
